Description
Tenant improvements for a national chain clothing store in Blacksburg. Completed working drawings call for the interior build-out of an approximately 6,000-square-foot store. Please Note: All subcontractors must contact the site management office in order to visit the site. No exceptions.

Invited general contractor bids are due by May 14, 2008.* The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidders.

*The GC Bidders request subcontractor bids no later than May 13, 2008. No inquiries will be accepted after that date. If you would like to be added to Lakeview Construction's Database of Subcontractors, please complete and email the attached Subcontractor Qualification Form listed under "Project Documents" to alyse@lvconstruction.com.
